It's been a challenge to define some of our objectives and develop standards to move forward smoothly. Even our virtual tours have provided us with an appreciation of what is working and what is't so great. We knew going into this that it would take more time than we'd like, but it's fun, exciting and rewarding to see the progress that has been made.
