It looks complex, but it breaks down well as a distributed organization.
Orange = Created by person with the item to donate.
Green = Decision makers for the museum.
Decision to receive the item.
Decisions on the detailed wording etc. on the information.
Yellow = More techie persons like Dianne and me, but it is standardized and quite teachable.

Basic item display format has been established and the QR code and tour concepts are working, including the 'sub tour' that we use for the display cabinet items. I believe there are quite interesting roles to exercise while catching up and continuing forward.
For the people who wish to help out it provides interesting history on the past and learning opportunities for the future.
